  1. 2Kaccha mango
  2. 4 teaspoonsugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoonrock salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  6. 1/2 teaspoonmouri/fennel seeds
  7. 1/2 teaspoondhaniya

  1. 1

    Peel the mangoes and boil them.

  2. 2

    When it cools down the water that is left after boiling has to be mashed with the boiled mangoes.

  3. 3

    Roast the dhaniya, jeera and mouri.

  4. 4

    Powder the roasted dhaniya, jeera and mouri.

  5. 5

    Mix the powdered masala, rock salt, and sugar with the mashed potatoes.

  6. 6

    Add a little water to it.

  7. 7

    Serve it with a sliced lemon and ice cubes.
