Rinse the red beans put the beans in to a pot and add water cover and cook for 2 hr. at low heat.stir several times while cooking.
After 2 hrs turn off the heat and wait for it to cool off.mash with a blender.
Add cooking oil in to a pan then put in the mashed bean.add sugar stir fried for 5 mins at low heat.the red bean paste is done.
Take a bowl.Add maida,warm milk,yeast,egg,sugar,salt,butter mix it well.the dough is ready. - 2
Cut the dough in to 8 pieces then gently roll each piece.then let the pieces rest for 8-10 mins Add the red bean paste.then pat each pieces until it is flat.
Let them rest for 20 mins.cook them on medium heat for 5 mins or until they are brown.
Then turn them over add butter if you want a richer taste.
Red bean pancake is ready.
