Ingredients

  1. Brownie bottom
  2. 150 gsemi sweet chocolate
  3. 100 gbutter
  4. 2eggs
  5. 100 gcaster sugar
  6. 30 gflour
  7. 15 gcocao powder
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. pinchsalt
  10. Cheesecake top
  11. 150 gCreamcheese
  12. 1egg
  13. 60 gsugar
  14. 1 tspvanilla
  15. 50 gwhole milk

Cooking Instructions

    Melt chocolate and butter in microwave

  2. 2

    Add 2 eggs, sugar and vanilla stir until combine

  3. 3

    Add flour, cocao, salt. Mix until just combine

  4. 4

    Pour brownie batter in a mold

  5. 5

    To prepare cheesecake batter, mix creamcheese and sugar. Stir well

  6. 6

    Add egg vanilla and milk. Mix until well combine

  7. 7

    Pour cheesecake batter on top of brownie. Bake at 170C for 20 min. Cool down to room temperature before remove from the mold

  8. 8

    Keep cheesecake in the fridge for at least 2 hr befor serving
