  • 2 cupBesan
  • 4 spoonsuji
  • 400 gmsugar
  • 1 pinchyellow colour
  • As neededoil for frying
  • 2cardamom
  • As neededsugar syrup

    Make batter with besan, suji and little water.

    Heat oil in a pan, make boondi with perforated spoon.

  3. 3

    Now dip in sugar syrup.

    Boondi is ready.
