Ingredients

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 tsp haldi powder
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp gingerchilly paste
  6. 1 tsp pisi sugar
  7. 2 cupwater
  8. For tadka
  9. 1 tsp mustard seed
  10. 2-3green chillly
  11. 8-9curry leaves
  12. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  13. 1 tspoil
  14. 1/2 cupCoconut choora
  15. 1 tspBlack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    We take a bowl

  2. 2

    Then we add besan,curd&allingredient in the bowl mixthem hand blander

  3. 3

    Then we take a non stick pan &add the batter

  4. 4

    Continuous mix them 4-5min then we spread the khandavi batter gently

  5. 5

    Rest 15min then we sprinkle coconut powder cut thehelp of knife &roll them

  6. 6

    Weget the tadhka pan &abave the ingredientmix them &sprinkle all the khandavi

  7. 7

    Enjoy the low oil dish
