In a bowl add gram flour,(besan) suji, sugar, salt, and eno salt.mix well...

Add curd and mix... Leave for 5 min.

Meanwhile switch on the flame put steamer on the stove for preheat with water and grease a plate.

Now in a tempering pan heat 1tbsp of oil and add 1/2tsp of baking soda..And immediately pour into the mixture bowl...Mix fast and pour batter into the greased plate..

Cover the steamer.and cook for 15 to 20 min.

Switch the flame off.

For tempering...Heat a pan with 1tbsp oil...Add green chilli.. mustard seeds,curry leaves..And spread all over the plate.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and dessicated coconut and sev.

Serve with sause or green chutney.
