Steps

In a medium bowl take 3 sliced onion.

Add 1/2 cup gram flour,1/2 cup water,1/2 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon grated ginger, 2 teaspoon coriander leaves,2 teaspoon Red chilli powder, salt to taste.

Mix well and keep aside for 10 mins.check batter whether onion is coated with flour well.Don't Add more water unless required.

Heat oil in a deep pan in medium flame.Take small part of mixture in the hand and gently drop 3-4 fritters into the oil and deep fry untill it turns into golden brown.

Keep stirring occasionally in between so that they cook evenly and keep heat or flame to medium.Drain excess oil to put it on Paper Towel.

Now onion Pakora is ready to serve with chutney or Tea.
