Ingredients

  1. 100 gmoth
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 1Cucumber
  5. 2-3Green chilli
  6. 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  7. to tasteSalt and chat masala
  8. 2 tbspLemon juice

    Soak moth daal in water for 5_6 hours after washing it 2 to 3 times.

  2. 2

    Drain water and wash it and keep either in sprout maker or tie in a damp cotton cloth and keep for 10-15 hours in a colander. Moth will get sprouted during this time.
    It may take more or less time depending on weather.

    Take out moth in a pan again wash and steam them for 5 minutes in a steamer or add a little water in a pan and boil for 2 to 3 min. Over boiling may result in pissing the sprouts

  4. 4

    Drain and cool

  5. 5

    Chop onion tomato cucumber and chillies finely. Chop coriander leaves also and keep aside.

  6. 6

    Add in a big bowl moth, chopped salad items, salt, lemon juice and chat masala and mix well

  7. 7

    Now sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve tasty and healthy sprouts chat.

  8. 8

    Though it takes just 5 minutes cooking time but pre-prepration time it may take 24 hours for soaking and sprouting. This time may even increase during winters.
