Ingredients

  • 4-6eggs (soft boiled)
  • 2 cupdashi basic soup
  • 1/2 cupmirin
  • 1/4soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dashi soup as directed. Add mirin and soy sauce and bring to boil.

  2. 2

    Cool (1) to room temperature. Add soft boiled eggs and let them stay in fridge over night.
