4-6eggs (soft boiled)
2 cupdashi basic soup
1/2 cupmirin
1/4soy sauce

Steps

1

Make dashi soup as directed. Add mirin and soy sauce and bring to boil.

Cool (1) to room temperature. Add soft boiled eggs and let them stay in fridge over night.
