Ingredients

  1. 3Alphonso mangoes
  2. 1/2 cupPowdered sugar it may vary if mangoes r very sweet
  3. as neededFresh cream (amul)
  4. 1 pinchElaichi powder
  5. Gulab jamun for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the mangoes into pieces

  2. 2

    Then make mango puree without using water

  3. 3

    Then take fresh cream in a bowl

  4. 4

    Then beat it until it turns fluffy add elaichi powder and powdered sugar to it

  5. 5

    Then add mango puree to it mix it by cut and fold method slowly

  6. 6

    Ur manog mousse is ready

  7. 7

    Take small bowls and add the mousse in equal portions

  8. 8

    Keep it in refrigerator for 7 hours to set

  9. 9

    Don't put it in freezer..as ice crystals will ruin the taste

  10. 10

    Take it out before serving garnish it with gulab jamuns or mango pieces or pistachio.of ur choice...

  11. 11

    Enjoy the mouth melting mango mousse🙂🙂🙂🙂
