Cut the mangoes into pieces

Then make mango puree without using water

Then take fresh cream in a bowl

Then beat it until it turns fluffy add elaichi powder and powdered sugar to it

Then add mango puree to it mix it by cut and fold method slowly

Ur manog mousse is ready

Take small bowls and add the mousse in equal portions

Keep it in refrigerator for 7 hours to set

Don't put it in freezer..as ice crystals will ruin the taste

Take it out before serving garnish it with gulab jamuns or mango pieces or pistachio.of ur choice...
