Ingredients

  • Ingredients for milk masala powder
  • 2 tspalmonds
  • 2 tsppistachios
  • 2 tspcashewnuts
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • Pinchnutmeg powder
  • 2 glassesmilk
  • 2 tspsugar
  • Few strands of saffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the ingredients of masala milk powder (almonds,pistachios, cashewnuts, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder)

  2. 2

    Heat milk in a saucepan once it starts boiling

  3. 3

    Add 2 to 3 tsp of masala milk powder

  4. 4

    Add sugar and saffron strands

  5. 5

    Boil for 4 to 5 mins

  6. 6

    Serve hot or chilled
