Ingredients

1.Rice 1kg
2.Garlic 2bulbs
3.Onions 3bulbs
4.Butter 50 g
5.Tumeric powder 20g

Steps

In a sauce pan put butter and melt
2

Add onion and garlic dice until it become tender (don't allow it to brown)

Add rice and tumeric powder and keep stirring.Give it for about 5 minutes add stock and let it simmer and season.

Let it cook and enjoy
