Take a pan add half litre of milk boil them after boil add lemon juice milk r curdle then drain water and hang the paneer.

Then take a vessel add half litre milk then milk boil add saffron and 4 tsp of sugar then flame is sim.

Take blender add paneer and cornflour then blend blend.

After blend take a pan add 1cup of water and half cup of sugar boil them.

Take a paneer make balls and press you palm put boiled sugar syrup boil them after spongy and soft then gasoff.

Then rasmalai r half thick gas off.

Take a mango peel and make a puree.

Rasmalai r cool add mango puree mix well add paneer balls.

Then chop pista garnish.

Serve chilled mango rasmalai.
