Clean the palak leaves and keep some of the leaves aside to make a paste. Cut rest of the leaves into small pieces

Blanch the palak leaves in warm water with salt and form a fine paste in the mixer

Heat a pan with some oil and put the onions,ginger, garlic, green chillies and the potatoes into it. Once the potatoes are cooked add the cut palak into it and add some Kasuri methi alongwith turmeric and chilli powder

Add the palak paste into the above pan. Mix it well. Add salt as per taste and the hung curd into this and mix well

Cook for some time and remove once it's done. Serve with roti or rice.
