In heavy bottom vessel keep milk to boil

Keep scraping sides of vessel and keep straining

When milk is half, add 5/6 saffron threads, sugar, dry fruits mix well and remove from gas and let it cool a little

Meanwhile cut mango and make puree of it

When rabdi cool a little add mango puree and mix well
- 6
Keep in fridge and serve chilled
