Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonsalt
  2. 1 tablespoonsugar
  3. Pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonSesame oil
  5. 1onion
  6. Garlic
  7. 1chili
  8. 2 cubesS&B curry (medium hot)
  9. 2chicken fillets
  10. 2potato

Cooking Instructions

    Seasoning the chicken with salt, sugar and sesame oil for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Chopped onion, garlic, Chili and potatoes

  3. 3

    Stir fry the garlics and Chili after the oil is hot

  4. 4

    Put onion into the pan

  5. 5

    Put the chicken after the onion turns brown color

  6. 6

    Put potato and stir fry. Add some black pepper and soy sauce if you wish

  7. 7

    Add a bowl of water and wait until it boils. Tur to small fire and cook for 15 minutes (or until the potatoes were fully cooked)

  8. 8

    Put the curry cubes and keep stirring until it’s totally melt. Stay for 10 minutes, turn to a larger fire for a minute and done.
