  • 1/2chicken
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1garlic clove
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the diced onion till brown

  2. 2

    Add the garlic and fry till brown

  3. 3

    Add diced tomatoes and stir them till they r totally cooked

  4. 4

    Simmer till tender and cooked

  5. 5

    Add the chicken and stir continously

  6. 6

    Serve
