Ingredients

without cooking
2 servings
  • 1/4th piece Beet root
  • 1 pieceLemon
  • 1/2 cupSprite or limca (cold drink)
  • 1 teaspoonBlack salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash, peel, cut into pieces and blend in a mixer to find a smooth paste..U can grate the beet also

  2. 2

    Strain juice from pulp with the help of a strainer

  3. 3

    Take a Clean glass, squeeze lemon &add beet juice and black salt..mix gently.... U can put 🍋 lemon slice also in the glass

  4. 4

    Pour chilled Sprite or limca

  5. 5

    Put ice cubes (optional)

  6. 6

    Chilled beet surprise is ready... Garnish with a lemon slice

  7. 7

    Serve !!!!!!!
