Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1.1/4 cupMaida
  • 1Egg
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1/2 cupButter (melted)
  • 1 cupSugar(powdered)
  • 1 packetOreo chopped
  • 150 gmDark chocolate chopped
  • 3 packetGems
  • 3-4 tbspMilk (to adjust the consistency)
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 tspVanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly in a bowl mix butter and sugar properly.

  2. 2

    Then in another bowl seive maida and baking powder.

  3. 3

    Now mix this maida and baking powder mixture in butter mixture.

  4. 4

    Put egg, milk and then lastly add Oreos, chocolate pieces,gems.

  5. 5

    Now pour in a greased baking dish and bake at 180degrees for 40min ot till a skewer comes out clean.
