  1. 1 1/2 lbsGround Beef or Turkey
  2. 1/2 CupClub Crackers, crushed
  3. 1Egg
  4. 2/3 CupEvaporated Milk
  5. 1/2 tsp.Salt
  6. 1/8 tsp.Pepper
  7. 1 Tbsp.Mustard
  8. 1/2 CupOnion, Chopped
  9. 1Large French Bread Loaf
  10. 1 CupShredded Cheddar Cheese

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 and cut french bread in half (Length wise) and place on cookie sheet.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together and spread into french loaf and place tin foil around edges leaving the meat exposed.

  3. 3

    Cook for 45-55 minutes.
