1 1/2 lbsGround Beef or Turkey
1/2 CupClub Crackers, crushed
1Egg
2/3 CupEvaporated Milk
1/2 tsp.Salt
1/8 tsp.Pepper
1 Tbsp.Mustard
1/2 CupOnion, Chopped
1Large French Bread Loaf
1 CupShredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 and cut french bread in half (Length wise) and place on cookie sheet.

Mix all ingredients together and spread into french loaf and place tin foil around edges leaving the meat exposed.

Cook for 45-55 minutes.
