Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip
This is an easy dish! Always my go to as a pass around dish for parties! Or perfect for a night in!

Melt butter in sauce pan, add cayenne pepper

Once melted add spinach and artichoke hearts

Once spinach/artichoke is simmering, mix in cream cheese (heat should be on low/med)

Mix in 1/2 cup of parmesan (set aside other half for topping)

Mix in mozzarella cheese and salt & pepper

Put mixture into a baking dish, top with rest of parmesan.

Bake at 350°F, covered, for 35 min!

Serve with bagel chips, bread slices, or tortilla chips
