Ingredients

serving 4 mambe
  1. 1 glassroasted vermicelli
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 1carrot fainly chopped
  4. 1capsicum fainly chopped
  5. 1 glasswater
  6. 1/2ts tarmric powder
  7. 1/2ts garam masala
  8. 10-12France bin fainly chopped
  9. 2 tspgreen peas
  10. 1/2 tbspcoriander leaves fainly chopped
  11. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  12. 2 tbsdeshi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat deshi ghee in a cooker, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well. And rosted vermicelli, 1 glass water and cook for 1wishal..
