In a mixing bowl add all ingredients as maida,salt,baking powder and water to a making stiff dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

Heat a pan, add garlic and onion saute for a while

Now add carrot saute it

Add Soya granuals, paneer, salt, vinigur, Soye sauce and black pepper mix well

Cook for 2-3 minutes more

When it's cool then add grated cheese in it and mix well.

Now take a small portion of Dough, roll it and make a poori disc

But smaller and thinner then poori.

Rose dumpling is larger then the usal size.Take 4 pcs.poori

And arranged slightly overlapping.Now spread the filling in the centre and flattened.

Next rolled the disc horizontally. Give the shape of Rose.

Now take a small portion of dough,roll it and make a poori disc but smaller and thinner then poori.

Now filling the centre and seal the edges to shape it like a asusal shapes.

Now arrange the all momos in a greased steamer plate and Steam the all momos in a steamer for 20 minutes.

Served with spicy tomotao chilli chutney.
