Steps

Clean your ingredients n chop them to your like.

In a frying pan, add cooking oil n heat abit.

Add onions n half cook them.

Add salt n stir.

Add the rest of vegetables n mix well.

Stir fry them for 3 mins then add your half cooked rice n mix well till everything incorporate.

Reduce the heat completely then cover your rice with cling film.

Cook for 5- 8 mins then remove.

Serve when set n enjoy.

Avocados are in season so make use of them.
