Ingredients

1 1/2 cupself raising flour
2 tspfresh mint chopped
1/2 cupoil
1. Cup sugar
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
3/4 cupmilk
2eggs
1/4 cupchocolate chips
For the ganache
1/2 cupcream
1 tspfresh mint chopped
1/2 cupchocolate
1 tspchillies

In a bowl mix all the ingredients until combined

Bake at 180 for 45-60 mins

In a double broiler melt the chocolate and cream till incorporated

Pour over the cake and serve warm
