Mix curd, besan and water in a mixer and keep aside.

Crush garlic, ginger and green chillies and keep aside

Now take a wok. Add ghee. Heat. Put jeera let it crackle. Add cloves, Hing, cinnamon and curry leaves. Now add ginger, garlic and green chillies crushed.

When u get nice aroma add curd and besan batter to it. Add salt and sugar. Bring it to 1 boil.

Now cook in medium heat for 20 min or you see a layer of ghee on top.

Switch off gas. Add coriander leaves. Your Kadi is ready😊

For KHICHDI

Clean and wash rice and dal.

Now pressure cook rice and dal by adding salt, turmeric powder and water. Cook for 3 whistles or 10 min.

Let it cool down. Now take a tadka pan. Add ghee. Heat. Add jeera and let it crackle.

Now add hing, garlic and bay leaves. Cook till garlic turns golden.

Now add cloves and red chilli powder. Switch off gas. Pour this tadka on khichdi.
