In a big bowl mix wheat flour and besan

Then mix all the ingredients

Then make a soft dough with water

And left it for 15mints

After that again knead the dough with some oil become soft

Then take a small size dough like a ball in your hand and press it with rolling pin

To make a small puri size roti

Then heat the tawa put the roti on tawa in low flame

When opposite side become some brown spot then flip it again and put some oil or ghee in it

Serve it hot with achar or chutney or Aloo ki sabzi or curd
