3 servings

2 cupsall purpose flour
4Potatoes cut and boiled
2 tbsproasted masala powder (cumin, coriander,red chilli whole,carom seeds,black pepper corns)
1 tspchaat masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil and ghee

At first mash the Potatoes

Add all the masalas,salt and sugar

Mix well and add all purpose flour
4

Add oil and knead a dough
5

Now roll it with the rolling pin
6

Heat tawa and fry parathas with ghee
7

Serve it with dip or sauce of your choice
