Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 4Potatoes cut and boiled
  • 2 tbsproasted masala powder (cumin, coriander,red chilli whole,carom seeds,black pepper corns)
  • 1 tspchaat masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    At first mash the Potatoes

  2. 2

    Add all the masalas,salt and sugar

  3. 3

    Mix well and add all purpose flour

  4. 4

    Add oil and knead a dough

  5. 5

    Now roll it with the rolling pin

  6. 6

    Heat tawa and fry parathas with ghee

  7. 7

    Serve it with dip or sauce of your choice
