In a blender crush the bourbon biscuits.

Add milk and make a batter.

Not too thick not too flowy.

Pre heat a cooker.

Just before transferring the batter into the mould add eno.

Mix well. Sprinkle some mix dry fruits coated with maida on top.

Place the mould in the pre heated cooker.

Cover the cooker with lid without whistle.

Let the cake cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.

Check by inserting a toothpick if done switch off the gas.

After 10 minutes, once cool unmould the cake.
