Dry roast the oats.

Add oats,semolina,chopped onion,grated carrot,peas,curd,chat masala and salt in a mixing bowl.

Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add baking soda and mix well.

Grease oil on non stick tawa pour this batter and shallow fry from both side.

Serve with tomato sauce.
