  • 1 cupblack chana
  • 1lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspChaat masala

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash two time black chana and Soak overnight

  2. 2

    Than after in a cooker put soaked chana add 1 cup water salt and mix cover with lid.boil for 20 minutes or till become soft.

  3. 3

    Naw serve soft boiled chana on a plate sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala.enjoy
