In a bowl, mix wheat flour, gram flour, salt, kasuri methi, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, asafoetida, cumin seeds and oil (2 tablespoon) and mix them well.

Then add milk into this mixture and prepare a dough and if needed then add little bit if water and make little hard dough of it.

Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Then cut out small pieces from the dough.

And start rolling it and roll it very thin.

Meanwhile, heat a pan and put your khakhra over it and cook it well on low flame by pressing it with any cloth and spread few drops of oil on it and cook it well from both sides.

And prepare rest of your khakhra like this only.

Now your khakhra is ready to serve.
