Take the Chana Flour and add 1 1/2 tbsp Oil,1 tsp Salt and Red Chilli Powder and mix everything.

Put little water and make a dough which isn't soft

Now add little by little water and knead a dough.

In a frying Pan tsp Oil.

Once it is medium hot take a Jaro for Tikha Gathiya and take a small part of the dough and press it over the oil and fry on medium hot oil till crispy.

Or you may use a sev/Gathiya machine aswell.

Finish all the dough and now your Tikha Gathiya is ready.
