Ingredients

  • 5potols
  • 6green chilli
  • 1/2coconut
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 2 teaspoonmustard paste
  • 2 teaspoonmustard paste
  • 4 teaspoonCoconut paste
  • 4 teaspoonhung curd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 2dried chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in the pan

  3. 3

    Saute jeera dried red chilli bay leave

  4. 4

    Now fry potatoes

  5. 5

    Add some water and salt to taste

  6. 6

    Add the dried masala and saute for two minutes

  7. 7

    Add coconut paste mustard paste yogurt and chopped chillies

  8. 8

    Add one cup of water and let it simmer for ten minutes

  9. 9

    Serve it well
