Peel the potatoes

Saute jeera dried red chilli bay leave

Now fry potatoes

Add some water and salt to taste

Add the dried masala and saute for two minutes

Add coconut paste mustard paste yogurt and chopped chillies

Add one cup of water and let it simmer for ten minutes
