Dosa tave par dosa bnaiye.non stick tha use karein to jada acha hoga.

Crispy dosa tyar ho jayega.chale to thoda onion dal de.dose ko high flame par banayein.tel dale or aalu ka masal bhar kar chatani ke sath serve karein.
