Poha or pohe is a maharastrian snack and breakfast recipe.
Steps

Soak the poha in 5 min and stain it. Add salt & sugar and mix it well.

Heat oil in a deep pan add mustared seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and saute till fragrent.

Add potato cubes and fry, cover and cook 5-7 min and then add onion,gunger,green chilli and satue 3-4 min.

Add salt,termeric powder and satue then add poha and mix it well.

Add Coriander and lime juice and satue. Then add roasted pea nuts and mix.

Garnished with curry leaves and ready to serve.
