Ingredients

  2. 5Egg
  3. 10Garlic cloves
  4. 1/2Green capsicum
  5. 1/2 Red capsicum
  6. 3Onion
  7. 2 tablespoonsChilli flakes
  8. 2 teaspoonsKashmiri red chilli powder
  9. White oil_ as required
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  12. 2 teaspoonsJeera powder
  13. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  14. 4 tablespoonsCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut all vegetables add crushed garlic

  2. 2

    Add oil in the pan

  3. 3

    Fry crushed garlic

  4. 4

    Add onion slices fry add tomato pieces keep stir in Medium flame

  5. 5

    Now Add chilli flakes

  6. 6

    Stirring continuously

  7. 7

    Add red capsicum pieces,add green capsicum

  8. 8

    Add kashmiri red chilli powder,add coriander powder,jeera powder, black pepper powder

    Mix well add coriander leaves

    Now low the flame of the oven and cover with the lid rest for ten minutes

  11. 11

    After that remove the lid,now create five holes with the help of the spoon

    Now add broken egg one by one through the hole carefully

    Cover with the lid rest for ten minutes

    After that remove the lid tasty Shakshuka is ready
