Dubke with dumplings
#Rc Uttarakhand- It is special dal made with tuvar dal.
Steps

Wash and soak dal overnight in the morning strain.Divide the dal into two parts.

To make pakaros- take one part dal add cumin seed,1greenchilly,salt to taste and grind in thick paste.Heat oil and fry the pakoras till golden.Soak it for 5minutes in lukewarm water before adding to gravy.

For gravy-Grind other part into smooth paste by adding little water.Make tomato puree and keep.

In a pan add ghee and now cumin seeds,mustard seeds,greenchilly and hing now add dal paste and stir add one cup water and let it come to boil and let it be thick.

Now add tomato puree and cook with one cup water add turmeric powder,salt and cook till it's thick.

Now add soaked pakoras by pressing water from it softly and add in gravy and cook for few minutes.After that take a small pan add ghee mustard seeds,greenchilly and temper the dubke and cover it for aroma..

I ignored tempering because it's upto your choice..it's so yummy i can't believe just try it..
