Steps

Mix all the ingredients in one bowl without water.

Create a well in the middle, add warm water.

Knead into a soft dough and let it proof (to double its size)

Once proofed punch down and shape.

Let proof again and double the size.

Cut one cm inch deep in the bread, and brush with milk.Sprinkle the sesame seeds.

Put in your pre-heated oven, cook till golden brown.

Brush with melted butter and serve.
