Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  • 3 packetsNoodles
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1 cupchopped onions
  • 1 cupchopped green capcicums
  • 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbspchopped ginger
  • 2 tbspchopped garlic
  • 2 tbspchopped chillies
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 2 tbspGaram masala
  • 2 cupsgrated processed cheese
  • 2 cupsWater

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil, add the ginger, garlic and chillies.

    Saute well and add chopped onions and add chopped capcicums. Cook 2 mins.

    Add chopped tomatoes and salt. Now add tomato puree.

    Add Turmeric powder, add black pepper add chilli flakes.

  5. 5

    Add water and mix nicely. Add the noodles to it.

  6. 6

    Mix well. Let it cook 3-4 minutes.

    Now add half part of the grated processed cheese.

    Wait 2 mins till cheese melts.

    Turn off the flame and add these in lovely serving dish.

    Add all the rest of the cheese and add chilli flakes and oregano
