Ingredients

  • For jeera rice
  • 2 cupbasmati rice soaked for 30 minutes
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tbspcooking oil
  • as needed water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat water in a non stick pan, add salt, jeera and washed rice.mix well

  2. 2

    Cook on medium low heat.

  3. 3

    If extra water strain and spread rice evenly into plate and serve with chane and salad.
