Steps

Shred vegetables, today I choose these.

Mix Tempura flour or flour with baking powder with water and ice cube (which gives crispy texture).

Put all vegetables and seafood and mix well.

Fry in oil

Fry both side
- 6
Make cooked rice like this shape

Push with rolling pin, or with your hand
- 8
Fry on pan both side. Oil lightly.

Make Soy sauce mixture and brush it on rice.

Place Tempura and brush soy sauce mixture
- 11
And the fried egg and brush sauce. And lettuce.
