Dry roast all peanuts for 1min and then grind it..

Take a bowl..

Add flours,peanuts,fennel in it and mix it well

Then add milk in it and make fine batter

Then put batter in hot ghee with the help of deep ladder one by one

And deep fry all malpuas till it become golden brown on medium flame..

Then take a pan

Add jaggery in it and cook it till it become melted

Dip all malpuas in jaggery and serve it..
