Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Sweet potato large
  2. 1 cupRed kidney beans or rajma- soaked
  3. as neededOats ground into a flour
  4. 2Onions
  5. 1Cucumber
  6. 2Tomatoes
  7. as neededGreen chutney (mint, coriander and chillies)
  8. as neededLettuce- romaine
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  10. 1-2Chillies
  11. 1 tspFlax seeds groud
  12. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the sweet potato into toast like slices and boil the rest with the soaked rajma or kidney beans.

  2. 2

    Mash them up together, add chopped onions, ground flaxseeds(1 tablespoon worth!), Termeric, chopped chillies, oats flour and make patties and cook them separately

    Roast up the sweet potato slices till fully cooked. Now slice some onions, tear some romaine lettuce, tomatoes and prep some mint chutney or mint sauce.

    Now assemble the prepped veggies and patties in any order you wish to enjoy guilt free low cal, low carb and high in protein subs!✨
