I am a gym freak and am trying to cut out carbs. So i came up with an amazing idea to swap the bread with toasted sweet potato slices and believe me! This works beautifully!

I am a gym freak and am trying to cut out carbs. So i came up with an amazing idea to swap the bread with toasted sweet potato slices and believe me! This works beautifully!
Steps

Chop the sweet potato into toast like slices and boil the rest with the soaked rajma or kidney beans.

Mash them up together, add chopped onions, ground flaxseeds(1 tablespoon worth!), Termeric, chopped chillies, oats flour and make patties and cook them separately

Roast up the sweet potato slices till fully cooked. Now slice some onions, tear some romaine lettuce, tomatoes and prep some mint chutney or mint sauce.

Now assemble the prepped veggies and patties in any order you wish to enjoy guilt free low cal, low carb and high in protein subs!✨
