Ingredients

2 pax.
  1. 1 cupboiled beans
  2. 3medium boiled sweet potatoes
  3. 1 bunchdhania
  4. 1medium onion...optional
  5. 2 tbspscooking oil....optional
  6. salt to taste...optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Once you have boiled your beans, while hot, drain excess water then mash it alone while may be the sweet potatoes are still boiling.Note: You can opt to fry your beans with some little oil, enough onions n some black pepper or any spice of your choice then mash alone awaiting sweet potatoes.

    Drain your boiled sweet potatoes then add your slightly mashed beans then mash them together. As u do last mash, add your chopped dhania.

  3. 3

    Serve when ready. Garnish as u like. Enjoy your heavy meal.
