Palak Paneer kofta
Steps

Firstly Take a pan boil water add spinach cook for 4 5 minutes then drain and squeeze well.

Roughly chopped spinach add bread crumbs or gram flour add pinch of salt mix well.

Take a small bowl add grated cheese add lemon juice, salt, black pepper mix well stuffing ready.

Now make a small balls from the spinach mixture stuff this panner mixture then roll into round shape.

Shallow fry the spinach cheese koftas. Drain out and keep aside.

For gravy:- Take a pan add oil fry cumin, cardamom, cloves.

Now add onion paste saute for 3-4 minutes add ginger+ garlic + green chilli paste saute for 2 minutes add tomato puree saute till oil separate.

Add all the spices and kasoori methi, salt.

Add water and cook on simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Cut koftas with the help of knife.

Place cut koftas on top gravy and serve.
