In a bowl add panner and bread slice, salt, black pepper mix well.

Add potato, turmeric powder, lemon juice, green chilli mix well.

Make oval shape.

Dust gram flour, and deep fry the koftas.

Drain on kitchen tissue keep aside.

For gravy:- Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds fry for a minute.

Add tomato+ onion+ ginger paste saute for 6-7 minutes.

Add all the spices. Add 1 cup water.

Add koftas cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fried onion and serve hot.
