Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 100 gmall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 2egg
  5. 100 gm castor sugar
  6. 4-5 dropsvanilla essence
  7. 30 gmbutter soft
  8. filling :
  9. 200 mlStrawberry crushed
  10. 50 ml sugar syrup
  11. 200 ml whipping cream
  12. 1 tspvanilla essence
  13. Garnish -
  14. 4fresh strawberries cut into
  15. 50 ml white chocolate melted

Cooking Instructions

    For strawberry filling. In a small saucepan put the strawberry crushed, sugar and water. Bring to a boil stirring continuously Simmer until the mixture is in thick consistency about 10-12 minutes, Remove from heat and cool completely for 10 min, for sponge cake- Preheat the oven to 200 *c apply Butter in baking tray and line it with baking paper,

    Take a medium bowl whisk flour, baking powder and salt, In a large bowl add eggs, sugar and vanilla essence,beat it until it is foamy, add flour mixture in it,Pour the batter into the baking tray,Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200 * c

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar on working table it helps the cake not stick on the table. put the cake on the spreaded sugar remove baking paper,dust with powdered sugar, spread the cream mixture on it and roll it immediately, spread some strawberry crushed mixture on the rolled cake, garnish with cut strawberries and zig zag white chocolate, cut as per ur choice and serve
